Business Model
The Company will supply stocks to the Franchisee @ 30%
discount on the price list. Out of this, 10% is the minimum margin of
the franchisee, 10% is the commission to the Business Associates, and
10% is the maximum discount to the customers. The Company will help
the Franchisee in setting up the Marketing Network at his Location.
The Marketing Network of the Franchisee will be as
follows:

10% is the minimum revenue for the Franchisee. In case of direct
sales, where there will be no commission to the Business associates,
10% additional commission will add to the franchisee’s revenues. Also,
if the Sales Persons manage to get an order by giving less than 10%
discount to the customers, the remaining discount will add to the
franchisee’s margin.
Franchisee will set up an office measuring 150 sq ft,
and will recruit two marketing executives for marketing purposes. The
company will help the Franchisee in recruitment of these Marketing
Executives, and will also provide the necessary product and Marketing
Training to them. The company will also help the Franchisee in
appointing Business Associates. These Business Associates will be well
connected people at the franchisee location, who will give the leads
to the Franchisee. These leads will be converted in to orders by the
Marketing Executives, supported by the Business Development Manager of
the Company.
The Company also gives a unique option to the
Franchisee, whereby, the Company can directly help the Franchisee in
establishing the Marketing Network in his location. In this case, the
Franchisee will pay for the two Marketing executives, but these
marketing executives will be managed directly by the Company. Thus,
Franchisee has the option to let the Company do the work on his
behalf. The margins to the Franchisee will remain the same.
